   Value for money and good configuration
   Hi, First time the product received was without Operating System and Hard Disk. However as I brought this to the notice of vastry customer care; the seller exchanged the laptop with a good product, with the stated configuration. Four star because of the product not being correct on the first delivery. Also, the touch pad left click is a little loose but I’m managing it somehow. Overall a good buy as the device is fast, battery is long lasting and suits my needs.

   This is the first time I have bought a refurb laptop and so far so good *knock on wood*. This is pretty small in size compared to what I have been using for a few years now. I am still coming to terms with the keyboard layout, touchpad. Everything else seems to be working well. 2 things I don’t like: 1) Slightly heavy for a 14″, 2) The fans are the bottom, so “hotlap” if you work too long! This laptop is pretty fast and I give a large credit to the processor and RAM of course; 8 GB is always better than 4. No problem in activating Windows, just make sure you lightly scratch with a coin the hidden activation code under the laptop. WIFI is great ’cause you can choose either 2.4 GHZ or 5 if you have dual channels. 5 makes it zippy. The keyboard is not backlit 🙁 but a light on the CAPS LOCK makes it less frustrating when you are typing in your passwords. My updates after activating Windows was done in a flash and it was a pleasant surprise. I reached out to the seller also once with a general query and they were very helpful and quick to respond. After all, this is Vastry . If you don’t get good customer service here, where else? Hopefully this is my one and only review on this product.
