Excellent laptop.

I truly love this laptop! Lightweight yet substantial, not flimsy at all. Very responsive as a laptop with a touchscreen AND as a tablet. always there when I need it! Stereo speakers deliver wonderful sound quality and the display is crisp. The backlit keyboard is very nice and I love the built in privacy shutter for the webcam! Hands down the best laptop I have ever owned!

CONS:
-Older Intel UHD graphics
-Slow, inaccurate fingerprint reader compared to C940
-Had to swap Fn,Ctrl keys in settings
-Screen takes 2 hands to open
-Had no use for the red trackpoint and top mouse-pad buttons
-Can’t turn off that red LED dot on the i of the thinkpad logo on cover.
-Buggy egpu support blue screen. Did not work with Razer Core X as it instantly disconnects then eventually locks up, requiring a power cycle.
-Some bloatware
-No discrete GPU option to take advantage of the HDMI port
-Keyboard: Easy to type on, but hard to game on (the key spacing is not standard).
PROS:
-Excellent battery life. No battery anxiety here.
-Nice selection of ports. HDMI and multiple USB-A/C, yay!
-Garaged pen
-Light weight

I like the thin yet very rigid frame. I pick it up and no feeling of flexing. The screen is nice and bright and very little edge bezel means that the foot print is about the same as my old thinkpad with 1.5″ more screen. The SSD starts up like lighting too after being asleep. The pen… eh… I bought a Bamboo Ink to help out. The onboard one works well, it is just kind of tiny to hold. Really great machine overall

I have had laptops since before they even had hard drives. I’ve had Dell, HP, Gateway, etc. This is hands down the fastest, lightest laptop I have ever had. Great speakers, great screen (and I didn’t even get the 4k display.). Love the keyboard. I HIGHLY recommend it!!!!
